Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for a counter server at our Lakewood/Dallas location! The restaurant is located at 1900 Abrams Pkwy DallasTX 75214.

In this role you will:

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats DoorDash etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated but if you dont have it no problem! We will train you :)
