We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas North Las Vegas Henderson and Summerlin at one of ourpremiere apartment communities with a design construction and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II in our Maintenance Department.

Position Requirements:

  • One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC
  • Working knowledge of grounds/common areas

  • Appliance repairs service requests and apartment preparation

  • Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.

  • Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training

  • Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation

  • Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory

  • Dependable punctual proactive and must work well with others

  • Enthusiastic and with positive attitude

Required Certifications:

  • Universal HVAC EPA certification

  • CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.

  • Drivers License (Preferred)

  • HVAC Certification (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Weekends as needed

Salary:

Starting at $21.00/hour
