What Youll Do
Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and members needing IT help (phone email chat or in-person).
Troubleshoot and resolve software hardware and network issues with efficiency and care.
Walk users through fixes step-by-stepno jargon required.
Support installations upgrades and maintenance of systems and servers.
Ensure data backup and archiving processes are running smoothly.
Document issues and solutions so the next person is set up for success.
Share user feedback and ideas for improving IT systems and processes.
Collaborate with your teammates to keep CRC tech reliable secure and employee-friendly.

The Details
Work Environment: Office setting with low noise (and good coffee).
Physical Demands: Primarily computer work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs. frequently).
Travel: Less than 10%.
Education/Experience: Associates in IT or related field 1 year of related experience (or equivalent).
Bonus: Experience with CRCLink software.

- Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Effectively coordinate multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
