- Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Windows administration and Office 365 support
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP LAN/WAN DNS DHCP firewalls)
- Active Directory and user management
- POS systems support for retail/hospitality clients
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Deploy and maintain OS applications and network setups
- Support Windows Office 365 Active Directory and POS systems
- Assist with asset management maintenance and compliance
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with teams on IT projects and deliver excellent customer service
