Responsibilities for the role include:
- Supporting the daily activities of the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to project closeout
- Administering the change management process in collaboration with the project manager
- Supports subcontract awards and scope review process. Takes the lead role in awarding smaller scopes of work.
- Runs or participates in OAC meetings and drafting meeting minutes
- Supports implement and tracks the overall project schedule
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field is preferred and a minimum of one year of industry experience or equivalent
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients colleagues and trade partners
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Bluebeam and Procore preferred

Bulley & Andrews takes into account various factors when determining the final salary such as experience education unique skill sets abilities market geography and business needs. Target base salary range: $75000-$95000. Additionally this position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive and cell phone reimbursement.
