Job Summary

Be an ambassador for the industry leading lighting solutions to customers.
Support sales staff with pre-sale support and help with presentations when needed.
Work closely with industrial account reps to close large opportunities and support their product introduction needs.

Assist in the development of a functional strategy for lighting.
Assist the Lighting Program manager and Category Manager in forecasting and product transitions to minimize obsolescence while maximizing service levels and turns.
Work closely with the Lighting Program Manager and Product Development Engineer on voice of customer and vetting co-creation and sales requests.
Support Lighting Program Manager and Marketing with marketing tools to support sales and drive sales growth.
Support Category Management to communicate product changes with customers and sales force.
In conjunction with Lighting Program Manager Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop content and implement product specs datasheets website information labels installation manuals and other documentation.
Support the training department in sales and product training content.
Continually analyze market data from industry sources to measure our competitive position and product success in the market and maintain a database of competitive products.
