An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Be open minded and willing to learn our process for working with clients and developing their business.
- Either have a series 65/66 license or capable of passing the test.
- A current client base and/or relationships with 50 plus people. Client could be insurance securities advisory tax preparation etc. or any financial service relationship.
- History of success professional and believes in planning and goal setting.
- Really cares about helping people and providing solutions that are best for their clients.
- Understands that the financial services business is rapidly changing.
- Wants to convert from selling a product to building long term value based relationships.
