Responsibilities
Basic administrative assistants with data input graphic website updates EXCEL spreadsheets PDF Microsoft Office social media management and campus safety education during tabling events. Assisting with emergency evacuation training and obtain CPR certification. Conduct inspections on main campus. Create digital signage and marketing materials for safety programs and training on campus. Create visual content for Public Safetys social media (videos photos graphics etc.) Keep up with and understand social media platforms and social media trends (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook X) Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media and email Assist with community outreach events and publicizing them Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
