What Youll Do
- Lead and deliver complex business and technical projectsacross multiple stakeholder groups with a focus onstrategic enablement and operational excellence.
- Manage projects through all phasesfrom initiation to implementationensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope strategy and success metrics.
- Drive process innovation and automation identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance user experience.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Provide clear consistent communication to project teams sponsors and leadership.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration establishing shared goals and accountability across teams.
- Track and report on project performance including financials resource utilization and outcomes.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent helping teams navigate ambiguity and adopt new ways of working.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in project management preferably inHR technology or employee experience domains.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience withprocess improvement automation and digital tools(e.g. Jira Smartsheet Workday).
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy.
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with AI data platforms or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity.
- Exceptional communication skillswritten verbal and visualwith the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments and leading through change.
- Global mindset and flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones.
