Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform welding activities (GTAW SMAW GMAW) to meet Fishers standards and quality requirements.
- Work closely with Supervisors and cross-functional teams on welding and rework tasks.
- Carry out daily machine maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe efficient workspace.
- Update Job Pack and Oracle system accurately after process completion.
- Support production schedules by meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) requirements.
- Contribute to a clean safe and organized work environment.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Proficiency in GTAW SMAW and GMAW welding processes.
- At least 5 years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
- At least 5 years of experience welding pressure parts.
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
- Non-smoker.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- More than 5 years experience as a welder specializing in GTAW SMAW and GMAW.
- Strong knowledge of welding machine basic settings and adjustments.
- Proven ability to handle complex rework and precision welding tasks.
- Demonstrated record of meeting production quality and OTD requirements.
