Sensory Panel Leader

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive and coordinate sensory activities at the Indonesia site ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Maintain local panels upholding high standards and full adherence to all internal processes.
• Ensure the quality of data and interpret it effectively within the context of project objectives.
• Improve sensory work by proactively seeking out and implementing practical solutions and digital tools.
• Manage daily sensory activities and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver key project insights.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (R&D Quality Factory) and external laboratories.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering or any relevant major in a scientific field.
• Familiar with setting up and maintaining a sensory panel and delivering an annual insights program.
• Basic knowledge of sensory science including various descriptive (DQA Spectrum) and discriminative (DUO-Trio Triangle) testing methodologies.
• Project management experience familiarity with digital and data science (e.g. multivariate analysis programming in R Statistics) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical data in both English and the local language.
• Creative dynamic and resilient with a strong focus on project management and data analysis.
• Capable of managing knowledge and building effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Experience with Consumer Understanding and Sensory networks is also a plus.
