Sensory Panel Technician

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare product samples and set up sensory testing sessions based on internal team requests.
• Coordinate daily with panellists to ensure attendance readiness and testing consistency.
• Conduct sensory sessions and maintain a controlled testing environment aligned with company standards.
• Track and update panel performance through regular calibration and evaluation.
• Communicate with R&D QA and Product teams to align on testing objectives and requirements.
• Record and report test results accurately providing insights for product improvement.
• Stay updated on new sensory testing methods tools and technologies.
• Align local sensory practices with Global Sensory standards and support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Food Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sensory data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across functions.
• High attention to detail and consistency in executing testing procedures.
• Curious and proactive in learning new sensory methodologies.
• Resilient organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Passionate about product quality innovation and continuous improvement.
