DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Labor relations: Responsible for ensuring a fair and equitable work environment complying with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) the Collective Bargaining Agreement Individual Contracts as well as internal policies and procedures in the area of Human Resources and Union Relations.
- Responsible for attracting and retaining talent.
- Responsible for communication plans.
- Responsible for recognition plans.
- Responsible for the Performance Evaluation Program.
- Responsible for the Training and Development Plan (strategy).
- Responsible for the Ethics Program.
- Management reports (internal and external).
- Work climate surveys: planning and monitoring implementation as well as developing action plans based on results.
- Salary plan development:
- Administrative procedures: timely resolution of staff requests.
- Visitor services.
- Administration of Medical Expenses.
- Management of area KPIs.

- Someone with solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experienced in employee relations talent development and conflict resolution.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Education: University degree. Preferably in administrative areas.
- 7 or more years of work experience in similar positions
- Experience: Labor relations management labor legislation benefits administration effective communication motivational techniques conflict resolution collective bargaining agreements internal regulations and STPS regulations.
- Skills: Computer software management personnel administration labor and social security legislation.
- Language: English 95%.
