Forcepoint requires a UX Design leader who can deliver cutting-edge intuitive and workflow-optimized experiencesfor security professionals managing complex data protection challenges.
What Youll Do
- Own the UX strategy and design ensuring seamless modern and efficient user workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management Engineering and Customer Success to translate complex security use cases into elegant user-friendly solutions.
- Capture Customer Journeys and be able to communicate pain points clearly both in an effective executive summary and detailed problem statement.
- Lead design thinking workshops create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for enterprise security UX.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and influence product direction with data-driven insights.
- Mentor and guide UX designers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of proven experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products(cybersecurity or Cloud Platforms would be a strong advantage)
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow designand simplification of technical concepts.
- Expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and UX research methodologies.
- Know when and how to leverage AI Tools as input to design and solution process.
- Ability to balance business goals technical constraints and user needsto deliver exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
