Responsibilities
- Providing service information and recommendations to customers
- Maintaining dealership quality standards
- Schedule appointments
- Selling service labor and products
- Accurately document repair orders with customer concern cause and correction
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Superior customer service
- Assist Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service department
- Maintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity based on dealership policies and technician skill levels
- Provide support to service advisors and technicians
Requirements
- Must have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in automotive service management preferred
- Ability to multitask and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
- Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
- Valid drivers license and an excellent driving record
- Proven track record of dependability
