Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY
TheKidsClubemployeesmainresponsibilityistoobservemonitorand
interactwithallchildrenthatareintheKidsClubareaatall
timestoensuretheyhaveagreatexperiencein ourfacility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets introduces and welcomes all children into the Kids Club area
Delivers a welcoming smile to all members and their children
Checks in all children to ensure they all have a proper Kids Club membership
Ensures the safety of the children by being aware of surroundings
Follows company policy by requiring that all parents sign the Kids Club waiver form for any children using
the Kids Club
Nurtures and cares for children while parents are working out in our gym facilities
Reads plays draws and interacts with children from 6 weeks of age to 12 years old
Organizes activities that stimulate childrens physical emotional intellectual and social growth
Sterilizes toys and equipment on a regular bases
Ensures all toys are safe and operational within the Kids Club
Maintains a safe environment by following established security procedures
Guarantees a clean environment by performing janitorial duties when needed
Reports bad behavior and any sort of accident to Operations Managers and parents daily
Keeps all appropriate records of attendance and time sheets
Notifies parents immediately when a child needs a diaper changed
Engages and supports necessary disciplinary action for any child who needs behavioral re-direction
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be able to communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Has the ability to initiate conversations with children and co-workers
Friendly and energetic personality
Patience and tolerance with all children is required
REQUIRED EDUCATION CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Child Care experience is preferred
CPR/AED & First Aid certifications (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Must attend the Companys I am Brand Workshop within 90 days of hire
Must attend the Companys SLII Workshop within 90 days of hire
