Speech Language Pathologist -Full Time
Location: Cashmere WA 98815
Responsibilities:
Provides Speech Therapy services to patients under the appropriate guidelines established.
As requested by the client location or service provider conducts screening of patients in accordance with the policies of the client location or service provider to determine need for intervention/treatment.
Evaluates patients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to clients patients family and other team members.
Establishes patient schedules in conjunction with other team members.
Develops treatment plans by identifying a needs list including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
Coordinates treatment plan with patient family and other team members. Implements and conducts treatment outlined in treatment plan.
Monitors patients response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Current state licensure or license eligible
