Were looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join Procores Revenue Technology & Process this role youll be a key partner to our go-to-market teams using your knowledge of sales processes to optimize go-to-market as it relates to data enhancing seller productivity and providing data-driven insights. Your primary goal will be to ensure our sales strategy is effectively executed through well-designed processes and systems making our sales teams more efficient and successful.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst youll act as the bridge between our sales teams and the data they use. You will partner with Sales Marketing RevOps and Enablement to support critical workflows and drive impactful change. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Revenue Technology & Process and will be based in our Costa Rica office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy and reliability within the context of sales workflows.
Support sales teams with tactical activities such as defining Ideal Customer Profiles territory management account assignments and CRM troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing RevOps Enablement and Data Engineering to align on data needs prioritize enhancements and deliver impactful outcomes
Lead and implement scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce Gong and Outreach to enhance seller productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and performance tracking
Document business processes best practices and tool usage to promote transparency and consistency.
Conduct training and create resources to drive user adoption of sales tools and processes.
Stay current on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices to proactively recommend improvements
What were looking for:
5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or analytics roles with a strong focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ etc.)
Proven success in improving CRM data quality and optimizing processes for measurable impact
Proficiency in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Excel/Google Sheets and (ideally) BI tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker; familiarity with SQL a plus
Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong Outreach and ZoomInfo
Strong attention to detail systems thinking and an understanding of the end-to-end sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving workflows
Plus: Salesforce Admin Certification(s)
