Job Summary
Administrative Assistant (ALGONAC)
We are looking for a bright detail oriented individual who can work initially on a part-time basis (while in school) and potentially full-time (during the summer) who can act as administrative assistant to a busy recruiting office in downtown ALGONAC. An individual who plans to graduate in the spring with a degree in Business HR Human Services or other related field would be preferred; though anyone with solid office skills will be considered.
This individual is dynamic works well under pressure is motivated flexible and able to roll with the punches. Strong computer usage is a must. A sense of humor and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals is imperative. Job duties will develop with the abilities of selected individual. Knowledge of foreign languages and experience in Customer Service are a plus.
This is an extremely varied role and would be an excellent position for a person who thrives in an ever changing environment. Please email your resume.
