Job Description

The Role

Were looking for a Design Manager with a proven track record of designing successful bid stage (and beyond) propositions for high-quality high-rise residential developments in London. Youll be developing our pipeline of future schemes all in London but each unique. Its a great time to join our business our pipeline is growing our unique culture is deepening and our partners are entrusting us with their estate transformation projects which we treat with the utmost care.

Youll need at least five years post-Part 3 experience and worked on RIBA Stages 03 on high rise high end projects in London. Youll be able to challenge constructively run feasibility studies and thrive in a positive solutions focused team of 3 where reputation and quality count.

In this role youll create compelling designs for each site collaborating with sales marketing and delivery whilst learning about the cost and logistics of a scheme. This is a hands-on role generating ideas drawing and delivering. We like to iterate and constantly improve so therell be ongoing optioneering crafting layouts that stand out and balancing all the complexities of London developments. Youll work closely with our Development Directors to review and assess scheme designs get hands-on with planning applications and refine layouts so theyre perfect for residents.
