Main Purpose

The main purpose of the Recruitment Marketing Specialist is to support the business on a range of recruitment marketing activities including advertising promotions and communications across multiple teams sectors markets and functions to support client needs.

This position is onsite in Austin TX (at The Domain) five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.

This position ends January 9th 2026.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a role directly related to recruitment marketing recruitment staffing sourcing or talent acquisition
  • Experience working with PPC/Search as well as external ad agencies
  • Highly proficient with data analysis and marketing performance to implement optimizations
  • Highly proficient with Braze Mailchimp Wordpress or similar software tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Staffing & Recruitment Hospitality Light Industrial Facilities Management or similar high-volume sector
  • Experience working with VMS and/or RPO model of staffing support
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro Monday Salesforce Google Meet Zoom Slack etc

  • Support the Jobseeker team by ensuring a strong candidate pipeline for volume recruitment to meet client demands
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Relations to understand client staffing needs (shift patterns required skills pay rates other nuances) to ensure a clear marketing and onboarding process that reflects shift demand and candidate requirements
  • Monitor and manage content and recruitment marketing campaigns including pay-per-click job management display advertising and profile branding to ensure consistent product performance and delivery across various job boards
  • Develop a thorough understanding of conversion metrics analyze and identify opportunities to improve funnels and support Recruitment leadership to troubleshoot and improve application flows implement creative messaging and design incentives to attract jobseekers
  • Gain product expertise on platform to optimize the tool for campaign success
  • Understand worker personas and lifetime value - leverage insights to identify new channels to improve recruitment delivery across campaigns
  • Prepare briefs on campaign objectives and partner with Media Marketing group to align client needs with a comprehensive attraction plan
  • Track analyze and report on job advertisement performance and funnel conversions
  • Tailor and execute recruitment promotions and campaigns on multiple communications channels
  • Review and utilize key recruitment dashboards and metrics to optimize campaign performance in terms of funnel conversion shift fulfilment and hiring trends
  • Collaborate with business analysts internally to ensure our job ads are competitive
  • Support various ad hoc marketing and recruitment projects as needed

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. If working in a remote office environment a clean designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable high-speed internet.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

This position requires the employee to drive.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
This position requires minimal travel less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
