KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free open-enrollment charter public schools within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA) educating more than 10000 students and supporting 8300 alumni to and through college and beyond. Our award winning schools are part of the national KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) network dedicated to meeting the needs of all learners and providing the social emotional and academic support for success in high school college and life.

Overview
The Instructional Technology Associate plays a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure across our twenty schools. The Instructional Technology Associate is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining student and staff hardware devices including but not limited to Chromebooks laptops iPads projectors and document cameras to ensure minimal disruption to teaching and learning across our addition to hardware responsibilities the Instructional Technology Associate is fully accountable for the user account lifecycleincluding the creation modification and deactivation of user accounts for team members. This team member will also manage and oversee system enhancements of our Helpdesk ticketing system. This ensures timely secure access to school systems throughout a team members time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented technically skilled and committed to providing best in class support to educators and students.
This role reports directly to the Manager of Support.

The Instructional Technology Associate will support in achieving 95% for Helpdesk Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Instructional Technology Associate will support in achieving 95% for Chromebook repair Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Instructional Technology Associate will be responsible for achieving SLA of 48 hours to fulfill new accounts for team members
The Instructional Technology Associate will be responsible for achieving a rating of 4 or higher from internal stakeholders such as Assistant School Leaders of Operations for being a great thought partner.
