Role Overview:
Welcome students on their purchased Super Coaching program over phone calls and help enhance their learning experience after the purchase. Provide a thorough product demo and guide them on accessing their study materials including notes live classes practice tests etc. Address and resolve product-related queries update records and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard students to the Super Coaching program via phone calls and improve their post-purchase learning experience.
- Guide students on how to access their study materials such as study notes live classes and practice tests.
- Resolve any product-related queries from students.
- Update records and use a CRM system.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Hindi and English
