SC Cleared Platform Engineer

Initial 6-month Contract Role

550 - 600 Inside IR35

ECS Resource group are currently working with a Worlds Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Platform Engineer where you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software infrastructure.

As a Platform Engineer you will be responsible for:

Contribute across the platform lifecycle from requirements to development testing and documentation.
Maintain and improve core development tools infrastructure and automation systems.
Support teams with tooling workflows and best practices.
Use cloud microservices and DevOps to build a scalable reliable platform.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure system performance and stability.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team bringing adaptability and a learning mindset.

Please note the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:

Active SC Clearance (essential)
Proven experience working as a Platform Engineer/SRE
Proven experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python JavaScript etc.
Proven experience with Cloud platforms containers microservices DevOps and IaC
Proven experience with Automation monitoring and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
