Hutco Inc. is seeking a results-driven Part-time Industrial Staffing Sales Representative to help grow our client base along the Gulf Coast. Based in this region youll connect top-tier marine professionals with trusted shipyards and contractors. Since 1986 Hutco has been the go-to source for dependable craft labor. Now were ready to grow with your help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the marine industry
- Build strong relationships with shipyards contractors and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with management to shape and implement growth strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions
What Were Looking For:
- Proven success in sales ideally with 5 years in marine staffing or related fields
- Solid understanding of the marine industry and workforce needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting connections
- Willingness to travel throughout the Gulf Coast
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Valid drivers license and insurance
