This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our office in Tempe AZ.
What you get to do everyday!
Manage design projects from start to finishset timelines track progress and raise flags early when something might cause delays.
Facilitate team meetings (like daily check-ins planning and reviews) to keep work moving and aligned.
Create and maintain templates and tools to improve how we plan and deliver design work.
Document processes and decisions clearly so everyoneacross design engineering and productcan understand and use them.
Remove roadblocks that prevent the design team from focusing on their creative work.
Support team organization both for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

What skills do you need
Experience working in Agile teams especially using tools like Jira to manage work.
Strong organization and documentation skillsyou enjoy making information easy to find and understand.
Great communicator and collaboratorcomfortable working across design product and engineering.
Appreciation for designyou may not be a designer yourself but you understand creative workflows.
Experience using Figma Miro Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
