Job Summary

Litigation Associate Attorney -Employment Law-Full-Time
Location: San Jose CA 95113
What You Will Be Doing:
- Preparing responsive pleadings and engaging in motion practice.
- Responding to discovery or administrative charges.
- Counseling clients on employment law matters and other legal areas.
- Managing cases from inception to trial including case management discovery depositions and trial preparation.
- Handling compliance matters such as wage laws leave policies and ADA/FMLA compliance.
- Developing policies conducting compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes.

Experience You Will Need:
- 2 years of litigation experience preferably in employment law.
- Strong background in preparing pleadings motion practice and responding to discovery.
- Familiarity with wage laws FMLA ADA and other employment compliance matters preferred.
- Experience with case management and trial preparation.
- Exceptional communication analytical and writing skills.
- Strong academic background with a proven track record of performance.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a community-focused and well-established firm environment.
