We are seeking a highly qualified Talent Acquisition Partner to join our San Antonio TX team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from workforce planning and sourcing to interview coordination selection and onboarding of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific departmental requirements.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess recruitment effectiveness including tracking key performance indicators and generating reports to inform stakeholders.
• Enhance the candidate sourcing process by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques including social media networking and employee referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit within the organization.
• Maintain recruitment best practices and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to hiring.
• Foster lasting relationships with candidates ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent acquisition strategies.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
