In this hands on role youll be responsible for preparing cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards supporting our food safety programme and ensuring every ingredient every plate and every service reflects our culinary values. From crafting beautiful food displays to carefully portioning prepping and monitoring quality at every stage you will be an integral part of a team that takes pride in every detail.

Whether youre pulling ingredients for the days menu weighing and mixing to perfection or ensuring consistency in taste and presentation your contribution will directly impact our guests experience. CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience:

• Diploma or degree from accredited university in culinary arts or NVQ or related major
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Skills and Knowledge
• Strong Communication skills (verbal listening writing)
• Innovative and creative in food production
• Pro-active and reliable
• Positive attitude
• Good preparation and co-ordination skills
• Able to work alone and within a team

Education or Certification

• Good level of English essential in reading and writing
  • Culinary Hotel Experience essential
• Experience within a Banquet environment desirable
• Food Safety level 2 desirable
• First Aid certification desirable
