We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas North Las Vegas Henderson and Summerlin at one of ourpremiere apartment communities with a design construction and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I in our Maintenance Department.
Position Requirements:
One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
Policing the grounds and parking areas
Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
Assist maintenance staff upon request
Pre-employment background check and drug testing required.
Working weekends will be mandatory.
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Weekends as needed
Salary:
Starting at $18.00/hour

You will be eligible to enroll in our 401K plan on the first day of the quarter following three months of employment.
Our generous PTO package consists of 13 days of paid time off which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment) ten holidays and one half day annually.
