What we do:
Are you a dynamic leader passionate about advancing high-quality client-centered care We are seeking a Regional Program Manager (RPM) to oversee clinical operations and services at our Fargo this role youll provide leadership supervision and operational oversight to ensure excellence in care delivery staff development and program success.
The RPM is responsible for managing staffing supporting financial performance ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards and facilitating program development. You will oversee quality assurance programs lead site-level initiatives and collaborate with other departments to implement organizational strategies.
Candidates must hold a masters degree in a human services field and be licensed in the state as LCSW LICSW LMFT LPC or LPCC. We are seeking individuals with 5-7 years of clinical experience including staff supervision who bring exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is self-directed adaptable and motivated to create a supportive and high-performing team environment.
