Position Overview:
The Manager of Corporate Finance will support core financial reporting processes and strategic financial initiatives with a primary focus in Technology (Software) and Facilities spend. This individual will be responsible for supporting the management of the companys annual operating plan monthly financial business reviews and P&L. The role will also lead the development and maintenance of standard financial templates and frameworks while acting as a central orchestrator for strategic finance projects across functional finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead preparation and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in partnership with FP&A business units and functional stakeholders.
- Own the Technology (Software) Spend and Facilities Operating and Capital Expenses from an AOP Monthly Close and Finance Business Partnership perspective
- Help drive monthly financial business reviews ensuring variance analysis forecasting updates and insightful commentary are delivered to senior leadership.
- Manage end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis identifying trends and partnering with cross-functional teams to explain performance.
- Own and maintain standardized financial templates reporting tools and dashboards to streamline recurring processes and ensure consistency.
- Project manage cross-functional strategic finance initiatives ensuring timely delivery and integration of inputs across all finance service lines (e.g. FP&A Accounting RevOps).
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects related to growth initiatives cost optimization and investment evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 57 years of experience in Corporate Finance preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements SaaS metrics (e.g. ARR CAC LTV) and forecasting methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex reporting cycles and financial planning processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial planning tools and data visualization platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the executive presence to deliver insights clearly and concisely.
