Job Description
Entry Qualifications:
-preferably a BE(Mech) or any other mechanical engg degree/diploma
- 3 to 5 years of testing experience in the oil and gas industry or other design engineering companies preferably in heavy machinery industries.
- Ability to read interpret and prepare applicable technical information & suggest design/process changes to ensure simple functional and cost effective results.
Job Description:
Must have ability to comprehend all engineering specifications blueprints and all work orders testing instructions and procedures.
Ability to read hydraulic and/or electronic schematics and to interpret Bills of Materials.
Training or coursework in electrical wiring / termination and electronics preferred.
Ability to operate and train others to operate all test/lab instruments and equipment
Typically has three to six years related experience in a similar environment.
Works under limited supervision on varied & moderately complex tasks.
May adapt procedures techniques tools materials and/or equipment to meet special needs.
No Supervisory responsibility but usually assists in orienting training assigning and checking work of less experienced employees.
