Job Description
We are looking for a Cleaner on a part time basis of 15 hours week spanning Monday to Friday 5pm-8pm. In this role you will undertake cleaning duties throughout the offices of CHP.
What youll be doing
- Clean toilets/showers stairs/hallways kitchens and offices on a daily basis.
- Clean communal areas of CHPs commercial tenant(s) on a daily basis.
- Observe high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ensure that Health and Safety Policy and standards are achieved at all times.
- Ensure that cleaning equipment and chemicals are used as per instructions.
What we are looking for
- Literacy and numeracy skills to enable job holder to read instructions and measuring of chemicals.
- Experience of undertaking cleaning duties;
- Experience of adhering to good health and safety practices

- 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
