The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Finance Systems and Analytics (FS&A) Analyst to join the team in Tukwila WA or Hazelwood MO.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting several Enterprise projects and systems. The position requires strong communication skills and ability to document issues requirements and ideal candidate needs to be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot to support business needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Data and Business Process Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of related data business processes strategies compliance and policies.

• Production Issue Management:Handle production issues by performing root cause analysis providing possible solutions and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the IT team and end users.

• Data Integrity:Conduct recurring data validations to ensure a high level of data integrity across systems.

• Change Management Leadership:Lead change management activities resulting from enhancements Boeing initiatives compliance/policy changes and business startups. This includes driving business requirements developing and leading testing and ensuring IT solutions meet all requirements.

• Project Management:Manage project schedules conduct opportunity and risk analysis integrate with other systems/projects organize and manage meetings and establish a comprehensive communication plan.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher

• Experience in finance systems analytics or financial analysis roles

• Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field

• Experience using excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
