We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying prospects nurturing client relationships and closing deals with alternative investment firms seeking top-tier managed IT services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills be proficient in building commercial relationships and have a strong understanding of sales processes.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-value prospects through research networking referrals and outbound engagement.
  • Build and maintain a robust high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and position Atlas Technica as a trusted technology partner.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and compelling proposals that demonstrate business value.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including RFP responses contract negotiations and deal closure.
  • Develop long-term consultative relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our suite of managed services.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor helping clients maximize their investments in IT infrastructure.
  • Represent Atlas Technica at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
  • Leverage market insights to stay ahead of evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Sales-oriented role preferably in a technology or services focused organization. MSP experience a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing event management or client engagement roles. Experience in a technology services firm or Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving high-end clients is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns including coordinating corporate events trade show appearances or strategic partnership programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications and branding with familiarity in content creation public relations and social media engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present to executives represent the company to high-profile clients/partners and build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative strategic thinker with a proactive mindset self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software including CRM systems marketing/email automation platforms social media management tools and MS Office (especially PowerPoint for high-quality presentations).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites networking events and industry conferences as required.
