The Performance Management & Insights (PM&I) team is at the forefront of delivering innovative Business Intelligence (BI) and AI-driven analytics solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical biotech and life sciences industries.

Whiz AI empowers users to interact with data intuitively surfacing trends across patients physicians calls and prescriptions. Its AI-driven capabilities allow for faster deeper exploration of complex datasets making it a transformative tool for life sciences analytics.

Position Summary:

As an Engagement Manager youll lead the implementation of custom reporting and analytics solutions for our healthcare clientsincluding those in pharma biotech and life sciences. Youll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using IQ 20/20 Whiz AI and other BI tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through data thrives in an Agile environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of BI and AI analytics solutions using IQ 20/20 Whiz AI Power BI Tableau and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to gather client requirements and define business objectives.
  • Analyze client data sources and business rules to inform solution design.
  • Design and iterate dashboard mockups with clients using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Manage project timelines scope and deliverables from kickoff through deployment.
  • Coordinate solution deployment hosting client training and ongoing support.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback to product and sales teams for continuous improvement and future opportunities.
  • Juggle multiple client engagements simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Drive the entire project lifecycle maintaining accountability for scope timeline quality and client success.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical biotech or life sciences industry.
  • 35 years of experience in data analysis business analysis or project management.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard pharma data sources (e.g. longitudinal patient data hub data specialty pharmacy data subnational and national data etc.) and consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI Tableau IQ 20/20) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet).
  • Excellent organizational communication and client-facing skills.
  • Passion for leveraging technologyincluding AI platforms like Whiz AIto drive customer success.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 1015% of the time.
