Position: Mortgage Loan Processor

Position Overview:

Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for loan products. Processing Functions include: processing closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant information property and documentation; ordering all required verifications documentation and subsequent follow-ups; processor will manage an assigned pipeline of loans.

Requirements:

2 years of Loan Processing experience dealing with high volume processing

Proficient in automated underwriting tools

Detail oriented

Good computer knowledge-paperless environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Candidates must be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary

* NMLS-MLO Licensure a plus
