Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand proudly serving Londons Iconic green spaces. Our Bushy Park Caf is a vibrant destination for locals and visitors known for its fantastic coffee freshly made food and warm hospitality.
Were looking for a hands-on Head Chef to oversee our all day dining menus and to take charge of our kitchen leading a passionate team and delivering an exceptional food offer made with fresh seasonal ingredients.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the kitchen ensuring smooth operations and maintaining top food quality.
- Bringing energy managing operations efficiently and proactively.
- Building & mentoring your team developing skills training chefs and ensuring high standards.
- Managing stock & suppliers maintaining fresh ingredients and controlling costs.
- Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety upholding the highest kitchen and food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the General Manager driving the cafs success through an outstanding food offering.

- An experienced chef with a background in caf casual dining or restaurant kitchens.
- A skilled leader with experience running a kitchen and managing a team.
