Likely roles and responsibilities to include:
- Assistin the proposal administration and general business process for contractmanagement support to complex multi-year Government Commercial andinternational programs in accordance with Company policies governmentregulations and customer requirements
- Processcontract funding and modifications into ERP system and maintain program performancemetrics
- Assist and lead process improvement initiatives strategy execution
- Providecontract management support to internal program teams providing astrategic viewpoint assisting in solving complex problems and offeringcreative solutions
- Take charge of contract logistical activities such as shipping closeout and contract execution tasks
- Analyzeassess and mitigate contractual and business risks help establish effective business deals to reduce risk
- Preparenegotiate review and execute contracts detailing prices terms andspecial provisions
- Responsiblefor identifying applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and riskassessments
- Ensurecompliance with government regulations corporate policies and bestpractices
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelors or masters degree in finance Law Business Management Business Economics Supply Chain Management or related fields
Preferred Skills:
- Stronginterpersonal written and oral communication skills with the ability towork well in a team environment
- Experience in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
- Familiaritywith U.S. government agencies
- Self-starterwith strong organizational and computer skills
- Creativeand strategic mindset ability to understand and identify risk
