About the role
Nemely is looking for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen our business growth. Our mission is to help companies optimize their customer relationships and increase sales through innovative and tailored CRM solutions. Since we work with Solution Selling it is highly meritorious if you have prior experience with process-driven sales of complex solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for building nurturing and expanding long-term strategic relationships with our key clients while also driving new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cyclefrom identifying prospects and establishing new relationships to closing deals and developing existing accounts. With your expertise you will play a central role in selling projects staying on top of the latest CRM updates building partnerships and expanding our consultancy resource sales department. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to execute Nemelys sales strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Daily responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and activities to expand Nemelys presence in the market.
- Conduct client meetings and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
- Own and maintain your sales pipeline continuously generating new business opportunities.
- Engage with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities expand relationships and deliver added value.
- Actively participate in planning forecasting and reporting on sales activities with the leadership team.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 57 years of experience in selling complex B2B solutions preferably CRM systems (Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce is highly meritorious).
- Has proven results in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Brings a strong network within the industry and understands modern sales methodologies.
- Has experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Is customer- and service-oriented with the ability to engage decision-makers in meaningful business discussions.
- Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and is comfortable working in a structured CRM system.
- Is fluent/native in Swedish and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Has international sales experience and is comfortable collaborating across borders.
- Has a stable work background with proven ability to build sustainable long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently and drive results.
