OVERVIEW
As a Nurse (LPN) with our organization you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residents while providing leadership and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include coordinating residents health needs managing medication programs and ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Youll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents their families and your dedicated team all while finding deep fulfillment in your work.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Identify and address ongoing resident needs to promote the highest quality of care; Conduct resident evaluations wellness visits and documentation; Monitor and follow up on any resident falls accidents or incidents; Assist with medication management including transcribing orders and auditing MARs; Demonstrate knowledge of key quality assurance and regulatory areas; Contribute to the organizations engagement and improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you will need:
Current BCCNM license as a Licensed Practical Nurse; Minimum 1 year of experience in home health assisted living or long-term care (preferred); Strong assessment communication and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications
