We are currently seeking a Remote Receptionist to join our team at Lehman Website Design and Marketing. As a Remote Receptionist you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to emails and inquiries promptly
- Managing and organizing schedules appointments and conference calls
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $34000
- Maximum Salary: $95000
- Currency: USD
