As one of the Southeasts largest and most respected commercial landscape firms were looking for a Technical Proposal Writer who thrives in fast-paced deadline-driven environments and can bring clarity strategy and polish to every client-facing document.

This is your chance to be at the heart of our growth engine. Youll lead the charge in crafting winning proposals managing RFPs/RFQs from start to finish and showcasing our best-in-class services to clients across the region. Youll also drive award submissions content standardization and support a team that values integrity service and results.

What Youll Do:

Own the full lifecycle of proposal development from bid tracking to final submission
Analyze RFPs and RFQs for compliance requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on-point compelling proposals
Maintain a dynamic content library of technical narratives resumes project profiles and company credentials
Collaborate with business development operations and subject matter experts to align content with Russells voice and brand
Lead industry award submissions to organizations like NALP BOMA and CAI
Ensure all deliverables meet formatting compliance and submission requirements

What Were Looking For:

35 years experience writing technical proposals or RFP responses (landscaping construction or engineering background preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skillsyou manage timelines like a pro
Experience with public sector bids compliance documentation and industry award submissions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing English Technical Writing or a related field
Familiarity with commercial landscaping is a major plus
