We are seeking and experienced Senior technology leader with a contagious passion for your work to lead the development of our Media OS platform. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background experience in building scalable advertising technologies and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through data-driven solutions.
You will hire mentor and coach talented leaders. You will ensure that everyone feels included that priorities and goals are well understood at all times and that everyone acts with a sense of purpose and ownership. You will also support the career growth and professional development of your team. You will also maintain and manage vendor agreements for contractors within your teams.
You will partner closely with Product Leadership and go to market Leads to ensure steady progress through our roadmap to remove blockers and to reinforce a shared understanding of the company goals and product vision.
Job Overview
Provides strategic leadership to multiple directors and managers across the broader software development engineering family including those in software development cloud/systems development DevOps and QA & testing.
Develops vision and strategy in alignment with company-wide strategy and operations or best-in-class new products and software enhancements bringing IQVIAs organizational goals to fruition.
Essential Functions:
- Provides strategic leadership to multiple directors and managers across the broader software development engineering family including those insoftware development cloud/systems development DevOps and QA & testing.
- Develops vision and strategy in alignment with company-wide strategy and operations or best-in-class new products and software enhancements bringing IQVIAs organizational goals to fruition.
- Oversees and directs the development of corporate-wide plans with direct impact on company revenue expense and growth.
- Negotiates with and influences the decision-making of senior internal and external executives and decision-makers.
- Inspires group leaders and directors to build and develop talent to meet long-term business objectives and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in building and scaling AdTech platforms or digital advertising solutions preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance data privacy and security standards.
- Expertise in cloud architectures microservices APIs data pipelines and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning or data analytics in healthcare.
- Familiarity with HIPAA GDPR and other healthcare regulations.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks such as AWS GCP or Azure.
