  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries order status billing questions and general support
  • Listen actively to customers understand their needs and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner
  • Effectively address customer concerns complaints and escalations ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery
