Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries order status billing questions and general support
Listen actively to customers understand their needs and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner
Effectively address customer concerns complaints and escalations ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery
