About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as the organizational backbone and strategic right-hand to executive leadership. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who thrives on operational excellence and wants to grow into broader organizational leadership. The Chief of Staff will act as the connective tissue between departments driving cross-functional collaboration while managing critical administrative and operational functions that keep operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison between department heads to improve collaboration and break down operational silos
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across all business units
- Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Coordinate company-wide communication strategies and ensure transparent information flow
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights and operational recommendations
Administrative & Operational Management
- Finance & Accounting: Oversee financial operations budgeting processes and coordinate with accounting teams and external partners
- Human Resources: Manage HR initiatives including recruitment coordination employee relations policy development and organizational development
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (HIPAA SOC2 etc.); coordinate audits and compliance reporting
- Legal Operations: Manage contract reviews vendor agreements risk assessments and coordination with legal counsel
- IT Operations: Oversee internal IT infrastructure systems management and technology procurement decisions
- Insurance & Risk Management: Coordinate insurance policies claims management and enterprise risk assessment
- Real Estate & Asset Management: Manage physical office spaces equipment assets and holding company operations
Internal Operations & Process Excellence
- Streamline internal operational requests and create efficient workflow systems
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures across all functional areas
- Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and service provider coordination
- Oversee office management and facilities operations
Leadership Development Pathway
This role is structured as a leadership development opportunity with clear progression toward broader operational leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will:
- Gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of operations
- Develop strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Build relationships across the entire organization
- Participate in executive leadership meetings and strategic planning

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in operations business administration or similar cross-functional role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements (HIPAA SOC2 experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Experience with financial operations HR functions and legal/contract management
Preferred Qualifications
- MSP MSSP or technology services industry experience
- MBA or advanced degree
- Project management certification (PMP Agile etc.)
- Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes
- Background in change management and organizational development
- Experience managing real estate and corporate assets
