To increase our global expansion expand our brand presence we are looking for a motivatedStrategic Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week in Madrid to start immediately or as soon as possible.
This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia LATAM and Italy.
Tasks
- You will identify manage and continuously develop a strong network of Telcos MSSPs and Tier 1 partners across Spain with a particular focus on strategic players such as Telefnica Orange and other key telecommunications providers.
- You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term successful business relationships.
- You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners including product training while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- You will define and drive business plans with partners closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development
- You will actively participate in industry events fairs and partner meetings promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved.
- Internally you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales Marketing and Product Management. Externally you will act as a key point of contact representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
- You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefnica Orange MSSP Tier1 Partners or other leading Telcos will be considered a strong asset for this role.
Requirements
- You have solid IT knowledge gained through your academic background university studies or an equivalent qualificationideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC SPIN Selling Miller Heiman is highly valued especially in complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- You have relevant experience managing strategic partners such as Telefnica Orange MSSPs in Spain and have successfully developed these relationships both strategically and economically.
- You are an excellent communicator and interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers.
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecuritys solutions during customer meetings partner sessions and negotiations
- You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international fast-paced environment.
- You have at least a B2 level of English both spoken and written.
- You are driven by your own achievements and pursue your quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
- You are highly organized and know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of the Hornetsecurity Group.
