Job Summary
RN- Trauma/Ortho/Neuro (Permanent Role)
Location: Bradenton FL 34201
Shift: 12 hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient condition and document care as per hospital standards.
- Serve as a Charge Nurse during assigned shifts-managing workflow mentoring staff and ensuring quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Support and educate patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient environment.
Requirements:
- Active RN License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of Charge RN experience-preferably in a hospital setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
- Strong clinical judgment communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in Trauma Orthopedics Neurology or Medical-Surgical units.
