Job Description
Job title : E- commerce Project Manager with Scrum Master
Location: Boston MA (Open for non-locals who can relocate)
Duration: 6 Months
Client - Zensar
Note: Target clients are Kohls E-Bay Amazon Target Staples Lowes AEO RH Albertson etc..
Job Descriptions:
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 plus years in leading planning execution and delivery of multiple IT programs.
- Experience in the Ecommerce domain.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to run scrum ceremonies
- Should be expert in scrum methodologies project management.
- Strong JIRA knowledge in building & maintaining Scrum Boards & Dashboards.
- Work with Ecommerce manager to help him manage backlog and right story creation.
- Well versed working with Kanban boards.
- Very good in Retail domain knowledge and should have managed minimum 2 to 3 Ecommerce projects.
- Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project resources including staff allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Track and report project performance metrics including key milestones budget expenditures and resource utilization.
